Great Jones was so easy to rent from
Great Jones was so easy to rent from. However, that is where the good stops. My air conditioning stopped working. It has been 4 nights. The temp in Tuscaloosa is 95 everyday. All I get is the run around about fixing it. They have an excuse each time why no one has come to fix it. Again, they were great on the rental but the customer service on fixing things is completely non reponsive.
