What a nightmare
What a nightmare I made a reservation 3 months ago which was confirmed weekly by this company all the way up to the day prior to arrival. Then I received a cancelation saying that the property was not a part of their program anymore. I made an 2nd reservation then a 3rd. My son made a reservation. We panicked, we had family flying in from all over the country for a New Years Eve reunion. I'm left paying for 3 diff reservations, waiting 15 days for a refund which were all canceled at the very last minute. AND no money left to for new accommodations for my family. FRAUD!!!!!
