Very poorly run from start to finish
Very poorly run from start to finish. Taking tops off sealed bottles of water and except people to walk round all day with opened bottles just stupid (that so called rule didn't last half the day they stopped doing it ) People who had prebooked a time slot for meet an greets yet staff didnt know anything about time slots and was letting people in who had paid on the day in before them, yet these people shouldn't have been let in the queues till 12PM. we missed out on seeing 3 meet am greets because of the poor running of this event, and now having to send email after email to get a refund of over £200.
