Involved in a chain where our sellers…

EDITED 11/03/2025 if my first review was not bad enough we are now another 2.5 weeks on and PCS legal clearly have no intention of resolving any issues or completing any work. No accountability taken and no satisfactory updates. To the point where the chain is about to collapse - it’s unfair that solicitors can hide behind ‘you are not our client’ when we are the ones that lose everything due to their incompetence. Involved in a chain where our sellers solicitors are this shambles of an outfit. Buying a property at auction and there is no response from Charlotte our sellers solicitor - never answers the phone - never emails - absolutely horrific would never recommend anyone use this company. For an auction purchase it should have been straightforward - yet here we are 12 days from completion and absolutely no one will take ownership or even respond to enquiries ! Total crooks.
