I purchased 7 packs of hair for 310.00 and upon inspection of the hair I smelled a horrible odor like rotten eggs. I told her I’d send the hair back then she says I had to pay for that, and she would give me 270.00 .

Had Instacart shoppers shop at Ralph’s the shoppers messed the order up so bad that I couldn’t deal anymore so I called Instacart they dismissed the shoppers at that time Ralphs was responsible for refund. I was told 30 to 40 days for my refund. Don’t shop at Ralph’s what kind of nonsense are they talking about. Wait a month before I get my passport back. 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
