Any easy refund.
Having sold my flat recently and had it sail through slowly but surely, I was tidying up paperwork and spotted that somehow the last service charge payment had not been credited from before the sale. This resulted in a double payment. First contact with Prime was with Michelle Yates who was really kind and efficient and recognised there was an issue straight away. She put me in touch with Jason Gouveia in the accounts team. Between the two of them, they quickly helped me get a refund of the overpayment.
