Let's see: can't check how much data I have left because it won't update on the website (says I always have the max amount remaining each month, even though I know I've used at least 50GB); no dedicated app to check allowances and control account features (btw SMARTY have one and it works very well); which leads me onto poor customer customer or simply neglect as they can't be bothered to do nice things for us. On the bright side however, Vodafone service is good and they have decent deals online. I wish we could visit a Vodafone store to help us out if in need. Also, there's no option to logout of the website so we have to manually clear the browser.
