It's ok.

It's ok. Have been a member a few years but recently features like being able to view high rated games, exclude yourself from playing against certain opponents and being able to use mobile data to play have all disappeared (at least that I can access anyway).

Responses from their customer services…

Responses from their customer services can be quite slow at times (compared to other companies) but they have been very understanding and cooperative with arrears I have with them (even when I have missed payments on payment arrangements, but I did remain in communication with them).
