Non professional and waiting for refund!
We were given a car with many kms but we paid for all insurance coverage. But still we had a problem with the car: started popping up the Engine Symbol and we got stopped in the middle of an highway in Australia. We tries many contacts to Jucy, the roadaide help only came 2houra afters and took us to the near city as told by Jucy - that the mechanics would try to fix it. 2hours after we and the mechanics office told Jucy that the vehicle was not ready today or maybe tomorrow, cause this was unsafe to drive because the engine was too 'old', jucy kept calling us with the same not real solution: giving us a stay in an hotel, when we told them we needed to be somewhere tomorrow 7am and we would need a new car! This is a rental car company and they do not give us a 2nd car? Even when it is a mechanical situation, nothing to do with the customer. We are since 12am waiting for a real feedback,we had to book a night bus and are waiting for the refund of the days we DID NOT get the car as paid for,and the bus.
