I booked a cruise 🚢 after a text Chat with an agent. I specified that I wanted a room with a seating area (typically a Mini Suite ) and the CHAT agent confirmed my choice with a link to a booking site. I booked what I thought was that specific type of Room with a Seating Area, but the confirmation email I received later listed a Premium Balcony (PB) Room. I looked into it further online and the PB type room doesn’t have a seating area. I got on the phone and tried to straighten it out. To my great relief, a lovely lady named Ann saved the day by securing a Mini-Suite for my mom and me without a huge increase in the final price. That was such a great gift of helpfulness. I’m truly grateful for Ann’s support and the tips she shared on how best to plan, prepare, and enjoy our March 2025 trip.
