Service is getting worse than ever
The service has got slower which now makes sense since they’ve gone into administration given half the team we worked with no longer work there. Slower responses apart from when they want money from you , invoices constantly incorrect, they had the cheek to charge me £136 for a small parcel to Germany. This company has gone downhill - they were never great but now gone from bad to terrible.
