The Rental side of the South Molton branch consists of one incompetent , untrustworthy woman , she doesn’t have a clue on any of the processes to do with rentals , she just says “ yes” to everything and then it’s too late and you are locked into a costly situation until you are released and then they throw another spanner in the works and don’t return your complete deposit. She only returns your calls eventually if at all and then is overwhelming rude, she can’t answer an email either . All in all the rental side is rubbish from beginning to end ,we encountered nothing but hassle for a short 6 months Tenancy. Don’t waste your time , any company is better than Webbers if you want to Rent .
