Therapy helps when you don't know why you feel the way you feel
I have always thought that i needed therapy and at the point of having an existential crisis, and somehow making therapy happen and this time, making it last. Has really helped me realize why i feel the way i feel and how I turned out from my past experiences. It is just selfishly talking about myself and her giving me feedback/examples on why i feel the way I feel. It is a selfish experience, but it helps me to not take everything to serious and everything will be fine at the end of the day. And tomorrow is a new day
