I found this company via the Martin Lewis Money Saving Expert Web site. Turned out to be a great choice as they offered a decent price for my damaged phone, supplied pre paid postage details, accepted the phone and payed the quoted value in my account within 2 days of posting it. Great service and kept me updated throughout and after.

Switch was due 20th Feb, 13 days later still with Octopus Go. No contact voluntarily from Tomato, just one reply to my email stating switch servers were down but I would be added to a spreadsheet for later connection. I have since phoned CS who confirmed I am on the spreadsheet but cant give any dates when/if the switch will happen. Not good CS from Tomato for me.
