First manager quit 2nd one not helpful
First manager quit. 2nd Not getting responses I need regarding jailed tenant who didn't pay rent, then a rent skipper, and eviction. They don't do a good job of sifting out good renters. Phoning is useless as you leave messages without anyone responding. Calling for help also hangs up quickly once I start a message. They offer a text #. No one responds by phone, text or email. Basically, the managers just can't keep up. And everything is always passed on to another group. Then, you get lost. All emails you send go to the same email support@... You can't directly respond to anyone. Don't USE GREAT JONES. Update. Two and a half months later I get the reply that you see here. And of course they can't find me. I left them. Notice that they asked me to reply to the same email address that 100% of everybody has to use. You cannot get a single individual to consistently deal with you.
