Wish I'd read these genuine reviews first!
*EDIT TO THEIR REPLY. I guessed they'd try to blame another company as they've done this before in these reviews. However, I did have the correct company and have not got confused, and my confirmation email address came from Pharmacy 4U with ORDER #26440. I won't be ringing you though as there is nothing to say except I won't be back and have already received my products elsewhere from a reliable company. Wish I'd read these genuine reviews first (and yes I do have the correct company). Ordered urgent item and paid extra for fast delivery which stated it would arrive on bank holiday Monday. That would have been a bonus as I didn't expect it so quick and would have been happy with the Tuesday. However, nothing arrived and 7 days later the order was still waiting to be processed! I sent an email saying I could wait no longer and would like a full refund. The refund was quick so you can have the 1 star for that seeing as it's not possible to leave less), but no response to my actual email with even an apology. Terrible customer service and won't ever order here again!
