Useless
Used to be leader in Australia, known for high level customer service and resonable pricing. They are now one of the worst, charging hugely inflated monthly charges for a service no better than their competitors charging significantly less. Constant price rises, despite no improvement in their product is now the normal. Their once superior customer service is now as bad as everyone else’s - I disconnected a month ago (after 10 years with them) for the reasons noted above and was promised a pro rata refund in 5 business days. Over 3 weeks later, no refund and 40mins on hold to even speak to someone to chase them up. With any luck they run themselves into the ground. Avoid at all costs.
