Very abrupt manner
I purchased our travel policy on Thursday18 March 2021, I also completed medical screening for my wife and myself, paying the appropriate premiums. Both transactions were completed in a very courteous manner and I was very satisfied with my service. Having reviewed the documents I then received, I phoned the medical screening line on Friday 19 March, to get clarification on the excesses and to have my surname mis-spelling corrected on the medical documents. I was asked to leave my phone number for a call back, which I did not get. I phoned again on Monday 22 March am, and was told that all call backs from Friday had been done on Saturday. I left my details again, but when I had not heard back, approaching mid afternoon, I called again and got an answer phone and left details again. I said that this was the third call and asked if someone could call me. At 3.12 pm I got my call back, which dealt with my issues, but the agent was very abrupt and almost unfriendly in her manner. I was quite taken aback with this manner. It was certainly not a courteous or friendly service.
