Big company, lower prices, big headaches
Be very cautious with their installers. If you don't check in on them constantly they will do things in the easiest way possible in the shortest amount of time for them. If you're planning on finishing a basement, have a company come that knows how to hide refrigerant lines. They did a brutal job for me, installer came back and said he could have hidden it and done it better, then reliance tries to charge me 2000$ for a faulty install to fix it. They are a very big company so not much you can do as an individual, best to stick to a smaller company where they take more pride and accountability for their work. You've been warned!!
