Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I ordered a hypoallergenic milk for my son 2 weeks ahead of when I expected to need it, and it still hasn’t arrived and I don’t know what we’re going to do this weekend. I spent £400 on it and have had to place another order through another site so I can get some sense of when it will arrive. I have no idea if the original order will arrive as it said it was shipped on April 15th but no one has been able to confirm that. Given they deal with sensitive medical products and seem to have no interest in delivering in a timely manner (if at all, we shall see), I would avoid at all costs. Like others I tried to call and there is no response, and when I was finally able to get through the person was NHS and couldn’t help with my order, and admitted there was no help line for non-NHS orders.
