Extremely disappointed

I was initially excited with the assistance from the lettings department. My first day moving in, has been a nightmare. The apartment not fit for purpose, black mould in both bathrooms, stains, cracks, and holes hidden by the pictures, mirrors and matts. Additionally broken taps and doors, windless that do not open, and to top it off maggots and other insects in the wash room. The advertised property, couldn’t be any further from reality. Upon viewing the property, I was shown in the dark as some lights were no working coincidentally, additionally the marks and holes covered by the previous tenants who were the active tenants. I have had 7 days without access to my own toilet. Let alone a good night sleep, due toilet leaking water into the toilet bowl. Not to mention the unhygienic standards the apartment was left in. The property management department have been nothing but useless. I couldn’t express my discomfort any further.
