Not fit for purpose
I have recently raised a complaint about my case handling with the E.O. the issue was the management of my case and having 3 investigators on 6 different occasions over 10 weeks. The E.O wrote to me and had my case investigated by the team manager of the team who I had the problem with, needless to say I got nowhere, police officer investigating himself, why oh why were so many investigators involved, too many cooks spoil the broth, managers cannot investigate themselves.
