Remortgage not completed on time with minimal communication
I do not recommend Taylor Rose at all, we were due to complete our remortgage today but there are still outstanding actions on their side that have not been completed meaning we are currently stuck on our prior provider variable rate which has increased daily interest. Throughout the process our case handler has been extremely slow to reply and with bare minimum information despite many chasing messages from me on their portal. When I phone up the case handler and team leader are never available so the operator just puts another note on my case which appears to do nothing to progress things. I've now sent a complaint through to the team and a day later had an acknowledgment, said they are looking into it and have sent me their Ts&Cs, which gives me no resolution or ETA and does not address the additional costs we are facing due to action not taken by Taylor Rose (outstanding actions on a Trust Declaration) with their excuse being they have extremely high workload at the moment! Updated 02/07 team leader phoned and worked through the issues and completed today
