My plan came to the end then went up…
My plan came to the end then went up over double the price without telling me. Phoned customer service when I eventually got through told them I told them I wasn't messaged of my bill was going up by thar much so cancelled it. Was told going to refund me my money it would take around 14 days now over 21 days no refund an have being trying to get through to them but to no avail.
