High price, average experience. Will not refund overpaid funds.
The house was nice but the housekeeping was lacking in some areas. Dirt, debris, food, etc left under the living room sofa and chairs. They took out the trash before we arrived but did not leave any trash bags for us to use. We contacted FiveStar and was told someone would bring some trash bags to us but never did. Ultimately we purchased some to use. The pool was cloudy enough that you couldn't see the bottom and the pump didn't seem to be running well. We called a couple of times and was told someone would come out to check out the pool, they finally did on Wednesday of that week I believe, half way through our trip. I understand things happen sometimes but when you're paying $15,000 to rent a house for the week, you shouldn't have to deal with these issues, let alone make multiple calls for someone to come fix them. Also, you're still holding $1600 of my money when we were forced to reschedule(Florida mandate) due to COVID-19 and are unwilling to refund it. The week we were rescheduled to was $1600 cheaper but you're unwilling to refund it citing your contract. However people that were forced to reschedule to more expensive weeks, you made them pay the increased cost. Taking advantage to make sure you get it coming and going.
