Got there in the end albeit lots of follow-ups
First chat with customer services went exceptionally well. I thought all my questions were answered. I explained that I needed 5 sim plans for my family members and they answered my questions. I gave Talk Home a 5 star review. I then had problems ordering the the 5 sim plans for my family. I had a second chat with Customer Services and they clarified that I could only order sim plans for 3 family members (limit of 3 plans to the same address) when I needed 5 plans. In addition, it would take over a month to apply for the 3 sim plans in place - This was all very confusing and I revised my trust pilot review to 1 star. Talk Mobile then called me to apologise for the inconveniences and resolve my issues (thank you Peter). I've now revised this trust pilot rating to 4 stars.
