I made a complaint to Board Gaia on the 26th of November 2021 about a failed boiler service visit which I paid for by Credit card,the customer care member was less than helpful and tried to blame me for cancelling the callout saying I must have pressed the wrong button when sending the request,she said they received an e-mail by me cancelling it,when I told her it wasn't me and to pull up the e-mail she said she couldn't find it,so I said I wanted to make a complaint which she said she would log for me and I would receive a response in a week to 10 days,guess what it's now the 7th of January and despite many calls to customer service and their assurances I would be contacted, still absolutely nothing from the company except 2 called in a row from them saying my contract was ending and would I like to renew with them,so to me it looks like when they want your money they can contact me but when it comes to a complaint they don't give a dam,absolutely appaling service,I'm absolutely disgusted.Kevin O Driscoll Navan Co Meah
