Deplorable company
Still waiting for my complaint to be dealt with which occurred on 21st May…so now 28 working days later and numerous emails…several phone calls and lied to repeatedly that someone will contact me! This has to be hands down the worst customer service from any company I’ve ever had to deal with all because they make a mistake and thencan’t amend such! No doubt I’ll get the usual this is not what we aim for speech instead I’d appreciate someone just doing their job and ACTUALLY contact me.
