Awful Experience NEVER AGAIN.

I booked (on 17th May2025 ) a day return to London from Leeds to leave at 7.10am on 9th June 2025. Flixbus then cancelled it on 29th May 2025 and rebooked it at 9.10am. They then cancelled that on 8th June 2025 ( day before) to leave at 10.50am on 9th June. I had to cancel all my plans in London because of their continuous cancellations. It is the worst bus company I have ever used. I will NEVER use it again. I would rather pay double or triple with National Express or Megabus than go with Flixbus. Useless company. Best AVOIDED!!! They have the nerve to claim 'We're tirelessly working to provide a great travel experience' . Have they seen their reviews globally??? Awful. Sooner this company goes bust the better!

Useless company

Useless company. Allows any Tom, Dhick and Harry to make up a fake account and slander landlords who are not signed up with them. They do not even adhere to their own 'Terms and Conditions' which state they must give the landlord a chance to challenge the defamatory comments. They needed to be shut down and sued for defamation.
