Many thanks Elle. learnt so much in a short space of time. Would really like to do this again and I would certainly recommend the Mindful Roots Tea session to family and friends. COVID 19 has made us all look a ways of reconnecting with the outside world. Your virtual session was very presented at set at the right pace. The numbers in the group was just right as it gave us the time and space to ask questions and to discuss flavours and aromas of the teas. It was also a good way to connect with my daughters over a subject we all love Kindest regards Paulette
