Disappointing after sales service

Let me provide a full and factual review of my experience: - the sales process was good, well mannered non pushy salesmen. - However, when I arrived to collect the vehicle, it had a low coolant level. They didn't have any to hand to top it up. -The car was also being sold as full service history, they couldn't find the service book but promised they would find it and send it to me. Nothing yet. - The windscreen of the car had a chip in and the salesman, Daanyal agreed with Deep the manager to refund me £25 if I get it repaired, this was even noted on the purchase invoice. -I had it repaired and since then received no feedback or service whatsoever from them. The after sales email address as well as the email on the invoice does not exist -I phoned and spoke to a salesman, Riley, who gave me an alternative email. Email went through but no reply! - I phoned again and was told someone would call me back the following Friday. - Saturday morning we received a call saying it is with the finance team for processing on Monday. Monday has come and gone. My conclusion is that the aftersales service is bad and unresponsive. Truly disappointed.
