I ordered a gift voucher as a present…
I ordered a gift voucher as a present and asked them to send it by email to the recipient on the morning of her birthday. It didn't arrive and after spending numerous times on the phone to a member of their staff in America - who was frankly utterly unhelpful - we still have'nt received it. She suggested we wait until the next day as it might arrive then (very helpful when her birthday is TODAY!!). They suggested we rang their third party company who sends out the emails - another phone call to America!! They don't answer the phone so I have no alternative but to contact my credit card company to ask for their help in getting back my money. This company professes to be ethical - however not so if you are the customer!!
