Poor customer service experience.
I spent over an hour on-line trying to resolve a porting error, only to be told 'please contact us again in a couple days as the lines are busy right now'. Err, no fear, you are not wasting another hour of my life. Get your act together VOXI. If this is how you treat new customers, I'm going back to O2. VOXI is cheap for reason.
