It's been a hard slog in QLD but improving...
So far it's been all a bit hard up here in QLD. After sign up, it took ages for changeover from AGL (I got an apology), then after a heap more time they eventually arranged a company to install a new smart meter. Then the installer decided that it was too difficult in our old meter box though I don't think he tried very hard (not Amber's fault). Anyway, I then went to the expense of having a new meter box installed as part of a solar upgrade and I now I can not get Amber to arrange the new meter install. Email, Facebook, phone it seems it takes 48 hours per interaction. We finally got there, and I added a star because now we have all the bits in place, the app and ability to track our power usage is great.
