We had been considering outsourcing our reception and telephone call handling for some time and the pandemic proved to be a very convincing catalyst. What we did not want was some automated system that answers calls with the dreaded “please press option 1 for XYZ etc” we wanted human beings to answer the call in our firm style and Mushroom has delivered. The transition to Mushroom was quite painless as they took the time to understand how we wanted the calls answered and to set the protocols in terms of what information to obtain from callers before putting them through to the relevant fee earners. We now have a “reception” which works really well with the new “off-site” phone system in place and is more cost effective then having a full-time manned reception/call handler in the office. The people at Mushroom are friendly and always take the time to understand how you want things done and do them well. We would certainly recommend them and once you have utilised their services, you will not look back.
