Taylor Rose were recommended to me by the estate agents. Taylor Rose were acting for me for the sale of my Property and Purchase of new Property and they were acting for the seller of the new Property I was Buying. The whole Process should been fast as the same firm of solicitors were acting for both Parties and there no mortgages the whole Process took nearly five months. On the day of the move on the 10 the January 2025 the completion of the Property The Property I was selling happened on time just after 1 PM. The Property I was buying happened at 4 PM. This should been easy as it was internal transfer .I had to wait three outside the house and pay £96 in waiting charge to removal van.
