Need to improve of clear communication
The process is fast and easy. However, BSI is charged with every single thing. You need to pay extra for SMS as the staff suggested even the notification will be sent through your email anyway for free but the staff does not even mention that at all. They said to collect the passport in an operation time that is unclear and not even included in the sms that I paid for. They said if you collect the passport not during 2-3:00 pm on Mon to Friday you need to pay an extra for out-of-service time. What a joke!
