**"Terrible Experience with Jeep E-Scooter: Faulty Product and Poor Customer Service"**
I purchased a Jeep e-scooter at the end of May, and after just 30 days, it developed a fault. It’s now September, and despite two repair attempts, the e-scooter is still not working. To make matters worse, it was returned with a damaged display. When I sent it back for evaluation, I was given a quote to repair the display, along with a claim that 12 mph is the normal maximum speed for this model based on a comparison with another scooter at the repair center. Fortunately, I had taken pictures before sending it in, which clearly show that the display was undamaged and that the scooter’s max speed is 15 mph, as specified by all sellers and Jeep’s official mobility website. This has been an awful experience, and it seems the only way to get my money back is to take legal action. I strongly recommend avoiding any e-scooters from Jeep, Ducati, or other car and motorbike brands.
