Tomato haven’t been able to generate a bill for 3 months due to connection error. I have tried to get this resolved on several occasions with no luck. I spoke to Pargat today and he was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. He is knowledgable and advised me to send a photo of the meter which will then generate a bill. He was the first person to advise me this rather than passing the issue on to someone else. Great customer service from Pargat, thankyou!
