I judge a company on how they react when there is a problem. Installation and commercial part went ok. Things went wrong when I asked for a follow up service back in November 2023. Luke said it was possible. I chased multiple times and it was never done. I was very patient as I waited till February before I hired a different company to do the job. I felt I was not treated seriously and I lost my trust in this company’s ability to do any client servicing. FURTHER CLARIFICATION POST COMPANY REPLY: Contrary to what is written below, I have tried to find a resolution via both emails and phone. Similarly, though Luke was my main contact, I reached out to others via email in the company who made the choice not to take action/escalate (e.g. Georges). For reference: -Emails exchanges happened on: 13 Dec, 12 Dec, 9 Dec 5 Dec and 8 Nov -Phone calls happened on: 19 Dec, 12 Dec, 29 Nov, 27 Nov, and 8 Nov Though I appreciate that time was taken to apology, I do not think I am not responsible in any way for the company communication dysfuctions.
