Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. They aim to waste your time to the extent that you lose all ambition around getting an issue resolved. Three times now I've been asked to hold on the phone while service agent talks to manager for 40 mins. Each time I've been promised a call back. It has not happened. My issue is small and easily resolved. Their approach is reprehensible.
