Sucasa made our first home purchase a reality
A massive thank you to Sucasa and the team for making our home owning journey possible. My partner and I were just granted permanent residencies and never thought we’d even purchase our first home in within 3 months. The whole process was super cruisy, from getting the pre approval right up to settlement. Our situation was also a little different with my partner having to switch jobs during the whole process and thanks to the team for making it work. A huge shoutout to Lauren, who has been a pleasure to work with and for being patient in answering our never ending queries. You are an absolute legend! Would highly recommend for first time homeowners like us with little deposit.
