Don’t shop online !
I ordered online and it has been processing for the past 10 days and has not shipped yet. Meanwhile, I found the same product at my local store and on Amazon so I requested that my order be cancelled. Joann refused. They said that I had to wait until it arrived and then return it and possibly have to pay a restocking fee. Of course the shipping fee will not be returned. If it has not been shipped, why can’t they simply cancel the order and refund my credit card? This is written to warn shoppers to avoid online purchases.
