Sorry not sorry attitude, not helpful
Received a card last night and today my puppy ate a portion of the card while my son was watching her. The entire card number and security code is perfectly viewable and undamaged. I called to either get a replacement card or to see if the numbers could be manually 8mputted and was told sorry but it has to be swiped and we per terms we can not replace the card. I said i could understand not replacing a lost or stolen card but i still have the card and clearly gave you the card number so basically you are just taking my 72 yr old mothers money and the card is useless? She just repeated herself. So I guess my dog can finish eating my moms $50.. There needs to be an exception or a way to manually imput the number for situations like this. I will not ever purchase from them and I will make sure to inform my family and friends of this as well. This makes me really mad at both my son for not paying attention and at spa finder for not even trying to help.
