I’ve been trying to change plan over…
I’ve been trying to change plan over the last two days and it’s impossible to do without contacting customer service. Finally got somewhere and paid the new amount. Payment went through but still plan showing as inactive. Tried again same issue and third time still the same issue. So almost £50 of transactions gone from my account. Fourth time lucky but it should not be this difficult. Very unhappy customer.
