3 days late and ghosted by customer service
The $130 dollar basket I ordered to my residency placement on my last day at a hospital was delivered 3 days late, apparently, they delivered it to the wrong department and I ended up looking like an A-hole with no gift for someone amazing who trained me. With no reply from customer service for 3 days the basket finally showed up but when I politely asked for a discount on my next order or partial refund for the mix up on their end they stopped responding to my emails entirely, not even an apology. Clearly, they don't care about customer service at all and I will be using a different basket company in the future. They also conveniently didn't post my bad review on their website.
