Liars! Avoid them!
Ordered a bike rack for my car on Sunday making sure I had plenty of time to receive the rack by Friday before my trip away.. Paid for delivery to be by Thursday (today). Nothing arrived so I emailed them. I received a reply saying it’s not in stock and will send it out once they get it. I now don’t have this for my trip which is absolutely infuriating. Never once said it was out of stock but happy to take my money. No communication during the week regarding it being out of stock either! Complete liars, avoid them at all costs!!!
