Having bought an ebike from Pure Electric, I was a little concerned when the motor failed after 16 months as I had bought it online and thought that might be a problem. But I didn’t need to worry at all. I emailed and got a very prompt reply from Teresa, who I have dealt with throughout. She assisted me in getting my bike to a shop, diagnosed and repaired. I could not fault their service at all and would definitely go to them again if I needed to make a purchase.
