Please do not bother with VOXI
I've been having issues with them for months now. First, their website is a MESS - logging in is impossible and changing password works if you're VERY lucky. Customer service is only accessible via webchat, which also works when it wants to and disconnects randomly. I was stuck on the said webchat with one of their reps for about an hour or so, trying to change my plan for bigger data (website of course didn't work for that), their rep messed around with multiple of my cards and ended up setting up two unauthorised direct debits with VODAFONE, the complaint has been going on for at least a month and they didn't even know I am VOXI customer and not Vodafone. They asked me for my ID for some security verifications but how can you ask that of someone who isn't technically your customer? Finally, I gave up, blocked the DDs and thought I'd get peace of mind. Wrong. I woke up today with my VOXI plan somehow being cancelled and was told I need to pay more now as the original plan didn't reset for some reason (it always has before) and that was the last straw. Switching to Lyca Mobile for Unlimited Data (they have a deal 3 mos for £9 and then £24 after that). Plus VOXI coverage is shocking, I barely have 3 bars on a good day.
