🛑 My Experience with Freeletics – A Warning to Others 🛑 I feel it’s important to share my experience with Freeletics to help others make an informed decision before spending money with them. Earlier this year, I encountered a serious issue with my subscription. I reached out to Freeletics with what I believed was a fair and reasonable request. Unfortunately, their response was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed zero willingness to resolve the issue – despite multiple attempts to engage them in good faith. Worse still, when I followed up to challenge their decision, I received a message saying they will not respond to any further emails on this subject. In other words, they’ve chosen to ignore the problem entirely rather than work toward a resolution. In my view, this kind of customer service is unacceptable – especially from a company that promotes values like support, growth, and accountability. Based on my experience, I believe their business practices are dishonest and lack transparency. I’m sharing this publicly not out of spite, but because I believe potential customers deserve to know how the company operates after they’ve taken your money.
